AVALON à CLEARWATER

Si vous êtes à la recherche du bonheur, vous êtes à la bonne place. Cette belle communauté d'appartements de luxe de "style resort" propose de nombreuses installations dans un cadre magnifique. Avec un extraordinaire éventail d'installations, il est facile de voir pourquoi les gens aiment Avalon de Clearwater: piscine chauffée, gymnase, centre d'affaires et clubhouse sont tous au rendez-vous.

De plus, les parking est gratuit à l'intérieur dans la communauté fermée.


Nous sommes situes à 5 km de la fameuse plage de Clearwater. Celle-ci est très facilement accessible en voiture en environ 5 minutes (stationnement disponible à la plage à très faible coût), en taxi ou en autobus. Juste en face du complexe se trouvent un Publix (épicerie), un magasin à un dollar, une pharmacie, etc., et aussi quelques restaurants pour votre commodité. Vous trouverez également, à quelques minutes de notre complexe, un terrain de golf à Clearwater Country Club Golf Course.

The location of the condo on the second floor, facing the pool, was very convenient and had a nice view. The condo was tastefully decorated and stocked with all the essentials, including a beach umbrella and two chairs. A small cooler was also provided, but we brought our large "collapsible" cooler from home. The king sized bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. Publix supermarket is nearby to purchase food. I suggest buying water since Florida's water was too chlorinated, in our opinion, to drink. Although we went to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island was our favorite. If we come back to this area again, we wouldn't hesitate staying at Christina's condo!

The condo was lovely! Very clean spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We liked the availability of the beach chairs and umbrella as we did meet friends at the beach a couple of days. A great area to golf, fish and shop. Christina was very prompt with any questions we had. Sadly, we were too late in securing the condo for next year.

Very cozy condo. We stayed for our anniversary, for a week in June 2017. It was very clean and the pool at this complex is amazing! Short drive to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen has nice pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable too. I highly recommend staying here. We had a great time!

My Daughter and I would like to thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We were very impressed and also like the fact it's in a gated community. The location is perfect if your looking for a quiet and peaceful place to end your day. Just a short distance to the beach, but far enough from the crowds and noise. A small strip mall is located directly across the street which made it very convenient. The beach umbrella and chairs were a nice bonus also . We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon. It's definitely a home away from home.

As always, Cristina has immaculate condos for rent. It's beautifully decorated and designed. Loved the open layout. Loved the bathroom shower, was kind of odd there was no door and I worried a lot about water running out but there were no issues. Small cooler provided but we ended up using our own. Beach bag provided as well as well as two lawn chairs and umbrella. thank you again for an amazing place to stay during our trip. We will definitely use only your places when we do our yearly visits like last year!
